Rates:

Standard Shipping (5-7) working days is a rate of $3.99 or more, depending on the location and only for USA Orders. Rates might vary.

Priority shipping (2-3) working days and the rate starts from $11.99 for USA orders. Rates might vary.

International Orders including Canada (please allow up to 10 - 12 days) rates and times vary.

We also offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $59.99. The offer will be automatically applied in the check out process. That is not applicable on the Expedited Priority Service.

Usually all orders are shipped and processed within 1-2 business days.

Estimating Delivery Time for Order:

Most USA orders take up to 7 business days to receive. Most International orders take 10 to 14 business days to receive.

Can you ship overnight?
Yes, we do ship overnight. Please choose the Express Mail Delivery option at the moment of the checkout.

Question:

How long will take my order to be delivered?

Answer:

From our experience it would most probably take 5-7 business days on our standard shipping service. If you are in a hurry we also offer priority shipping service which would take around 2-3 business days to be delivered. We also offer Express 1-2 days delivery. You will find this information during the checkout process.
These are the time frames from USPS, because we ship our orders the same day we receive them. 

 

 

Question:
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?.

Answer:
We do ship to alternate shipping addresses, but we have very strict policies to prevent credit card fraud. For us to ship to a different address than your billing, we need you to add that address as an "alternate shipping address" with you credit card company. It is a simple process (should only take a matter of minutes) that allows us to call your issuing bank and verify that the real card holder has verified this as a valid shipping address.

We have consulted and worked with many major credit card issuers to establish this policy. Together we have determined this is one of the simplest and most effective ways to help prevent credit card fraud.

This policy has actually prevented hundreds of potential fraud attempts since we implemented it. We have even been able to assist in apprehending credit card thieves.

Answer:

Keep in mind that there will be extra duties, tariffs and customs brokerage fees imposed and collected by your country for all international orders. Please check with your specific country's customs for import restrictions and costs before you place your order.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

• Most of the items you purchase from us can be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) for up to 30 days after the date of shipment.

• We do not pay return shipping.

• If the package was sent with "free shipping", we will discount the price of the shipping fees we paid to send it.

• Products should be returned undamaged and shipped via traceable means.

• Please include copy of the order.

• 20% re-stocking fees may apply for every item we sent. (That rule will also apply to the undeliverable packages. If the information placed in the order is not clear or complete and the Postal Office cannot delivered the packages). For Jewelry, watches, CDs, or media a 30% re-stocking fee may apply.

• The custom, personalized or bulk price buttons, mouse pads, bags, key chains, and SEASONAL PRODUCTS, etc. are not refundable.

• This policy also applies to the packages that the Postal Office states are undeliverable as addressed.

• Watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. • All product packaging materials--including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment--must be returned with your merchandise.
